How to Download Your National Insurance Policy Copy

Misplaced your physical insurance document? Don't worry. You can easily download a duplicate PDF copy from the official National Insurance portal. Here is how.

Method 1: Using the Customer Portal
Best for registered users
  1. Visit the Official National Insurance Website.
  2. Click on "Customer Login" in the top menu.
  3. Enter your Customer ID / User ID and Password.
  4. Once logged in, go to the "My Policies" section.
  5. Select your active policy and click the "Download Schedule" or "Print Policy" button.

Method 2: Without Login (Quick Download)
If you know your policy number

Some policies, especially Motor Third Party, can be downloaded directly using the policy number and chassis/engine number.

  1. Go to the "Quick Renewal / Download" section on the homepage.
  2. Select "Download Policy".
  3. Enter your Policy Number and Vehicle Registration Number (for motor).
  4. Verify with OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

If you bought the policy through us or a specific agent, it might be faster to contact them directly. They usually keep a record of your policy.
